Last year alone, more than 100,000 people utilized 2-1-1 Sacramento to seek out information and support – whether financial, domestic, health or disaster-related. 2-1-1 is a free, confidential referral and information helpline and website that connects people from our communities, no matter what language they speak or where they live, to the essential health and human services they need.
2-1-1 is only three numbers, but they can connect you to countless services. Real people and real help is just a phone call away. See below for resources for all five counties we serve.
