Since 2013, The Boldt Company has been a strong campaign partner with United Way. 

Incentives for Staff Participation

In 2019, Boldt management supported and encouraged participation by organizing a raffle and donating gift cards and experiences which successfully raised an additional $500 for the United Way campaign.

In 2020, the company reached its goal of over 75% companywide participation. Boldt’s theme for their campaign was ‘Creating a Culture of Caring.’ They put this into action by participating in writing and sending virtual cards of care and support to seniors and first responders.

True to his word, Boldt President and Chief Operating Officer, Dave Kievet, shaved his head in celebration of reaching their campaign goal!
