SACRAMENTO (7/15/20) – Granite Bay residents Dave Bowen, Dave Cable and Steve Lins have been elected as officers on United Way California Capital Region’s board of directors. Lins, SMUD chief assistant general counsel, will serve as board chair. Bowen, who is retired from Deloitte, will serve as treasurer. Cable, a senior vice president at Bank of America, will serve as immediate past board chair. The board also elected West Sacramento resident Oyango Snell of Western States Petroleum Association as board vice chair.

“All of our new officers have proven their dedication to our mission through their service as board members,” said Stephanie Bray, president and CEO, United Way California Capital Region. “I am confident that their leadership will guide us through the next two years as we find additional ways to meet the needs of local students and their families.”
