Summer Meals Weekly Activity Application

This application is to gauge the interest level of meals sites in hosting weekly activities coordinated through United Way with partner organizations. Activities would be every Wednesday and will include a variety of opportunities for youth to engage with possible visits from the fire department, police department, Museums outreach, workshops, lessons, among other possibilities.
