Crafting for Kids
YLS Volunteers decorate notes for students

Thank you to everyone who came out to “Vino & Volunteering” last week! More than 30 Young Leaders Society (YLS) volunteers decorated notes for elementary school students in the Robla School District. With just paper, markers and stickers, volunteers created cute, inspiring notes for hundreds of kids.

As part of the YLS Hydration Station Initiative, 2,500 students in the Robla School District will receive their very own reusable water bottle courtesy of United Way’s Young Leaders Society. Inside the water bottles they will find Rethink Your Drink educational flyers to take home and share with their families. But, they will also find fun, encouraging notes from YLS supporters…a short message to brighten their day. Thank you to our crafty, creative and awesome YLS volunteers!
