Everyone in our community has been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, including small business owners. Check out five simple steps for helping your business bounce back quickly through these tough times.

  1. REVIEW your budget.

Be honest and realistic about both your revenue and expenses.  What are a couple of things you can do to reduce your expenses?

  2. REFRESH your business model.

What is the best idea for you to create or expand a revenue stream?  Get creative and get moving.

  3. REACH OUT to both current and past clients and colleagues.

Let them know that you care about them, and find out how you can support them, or collaborate with them.

  4. REVISE your online marketing.

Update your profile on your website, Linkedin, Facebook, or any chamber or association you belong to.  Does your website clearly state if you are open, what your hours are and how to reach you?  Let the world know what you are doing right now!

  5. REQUEST a meeting with your mentor or business coach.

As you come up with new ideas for your business and you evaluate your priorities, trusted advice, and perspective are more important than ever.  Your mentor can keep you focused and motivated.  They will also remind you that they believe in you.
