United Way Responds to Health Crisis


United Way California Capital Region is responding to the Coronavirus COVID-19 health crisis in a variety of ways to ensure continuity of operations and vital community programs.

COVID-19 Relief Fund

As the nation responded to the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, United Way California Capital Region created the United Way California Capital Region COVID-19 Local Relief Fund to provide essential resources for low-income households.

Sacramento County COVID-19 Collaborative

In partnership with Sierra Health Foundation, United Way California Capital Region created the Sacramento County COVID-19 Collaborative Program that provides financial assistance to individuals and families in Sacramento County who are quarantined due to a positive COVID-19 test.


The UWCCR staff is working remotely and our office is closed.
