We are proud to announce two new additions who will lend their expertise on our marketing committee and join the movement. Welcome Kyle Cassano and Lindsey Nitta!

Kyle Cassano
Capital City Social Media & Sacramento Marketing Labs

Kyle Cassano is a Sacramento native with an educational background in public relations, and professional background digital marketing. He is the current owner of Capital City Social Media; a partner at Sacramento Marketing Labs; and the lead organizer for Sacramento’s #1 social media networking community, SacTweetUp. His main goal is to help small to medium-sized businesses and entrepreneurs grow their companies with the use of digital marketing and other proven Internet marketing strategies.

Capital City Social Media relieves business owners of the day-to-day burdens associated with managing social media, and enables them to focus on their core business and customer service. Sacramento Marketing Labs is Sacramento’s first social media agency helping local small businesses better leverage proven internet marketing strategies with social media to grow their businesses.

Lindsey Nitta
Communications Director, California Forestry Association

Currently, Lindsey serves the forest industry to rebrand the California Forestry Association. Rebranding efforts included everything right down to their name. Lindsey working to educate the public on the sustainability practices needed to keep our forests healthy and productive. Lindsey also serves the Forest Foundation as their strategic counsel. 

Most recently, Lindsey worked at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where she gain valuable experience on a wide range of topics for public affairs, social marketing and corporate practices. She has worked on numerous statewide campaigns including  Proposition 4 with Planned Parenthood, Caltrans “Don’t Trash California”, State Auditor “We Draw the Lines”, Office of Traffic Safety “Click It Or Ticket”, and the “I Can Afford College” Campaign sponsored by The California Community College Chancellor’s Office.  Lindsey received her bachelor’s degree at the University of La Verne.
