FamilyWize 2015 Mid-Year Update
Free prescription drug discount cards are now available!
As of April 2015, our community members have reached incredible savings of $166,646.64 on prescription medication!
Last year, for the very first time, United Way California Capital Region partnered with FamilyWize Community Partnership to organize and coordinate community-wide distribution of free prescription drug discount cards.
Our Volunteer Center turns 1
We're Celebrating!
Our Volunteer Center has been a wonderful tool to help connect our corporate and community partners to meaningful volunteer opportunities and community organizations.
Our 1st year successes:
- Over 100 nonprofits with needs listed
- Almost 1,500 registered volunteers
- 1,000+ needs responded to
All in one year!
Our Volunteer Center is a great place for nonprofits to post their volunteer needs and events, and for community members to get connected to those opportunities.
