Eating Raw Vegetables Workshop

Bring the whole family to learn about eating raw veggies! Health Education Council’s EAT from the Garden is presenting another free family cooking workshop that promotes healthy eating habits on Saturday, May 28. The workshop this month focuses on raw vegetables and how they can be enjoyable for everyone.

Guest Chef Bianca Dexter will be there to share her passion for cooking with you and your family. At the workshop, you can expect to learn how to juice raw vegetables, eat raw vegetables, prepare raw salads, and even make sushi.There will also be helpful information on the benefits of eating raw vegetables.
