Visiting our partners

United Way Board Chair Carolyn Mullins and Foundation Board Member Stirling Price joined a few members of United Way staff for a site visit to two of United Way Fit Kids funded partners, YMCA of Superior California and Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center. Going on site visits means keeping the programs United Way helps support at the top of our minds. The visits allowed for a tour of the site and overview of programs in general and programs related to the Fit Kids project.

Thank you to staff from YMCA Superior California and Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center for taking time out of your busy schedules to showcase just a small portion of what you do and providing the opportunity to see the United Way Fit Kids program in action. We encourage everyone to take a tour of any of our certified nonprofit partners. If you’re interested, send us a note: and we’ll gladly connect you.
