Known as a creative thinker, insightful facilitator, and passionate presenter, John has worked with more than 100 brands or organizations throughout his career, including Hallmark, Proctor & Gamble, E. & J. Gallo Winery, the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness, and the country of Egypt. A popular speaker at campuses, conferences, and cruises, from boardrooms in Manhattan to castles in Paris, John offers an entertaining and thought-provoking combination of insights to ponder and techniques to put to use right away.

John has been called “one of the most accomplished presenters in his field.” His thoughts on what it takes to succeed in today’s marketplace have been covered by Forbes and he is a contributor – alongside noted writers and thinkers such as Patti Smith, David McCullough, and Tom Kelley –  to a book of essays titled “Holding Dear,” published by Levenger Press last year. John is a Sacramento resident, New York City ex-pat, and Kansas City native. His 25-plus years in communications is backed by a lifetime of creative pursuits.

Lastly, John earned part of his college tuition performing as a magician, then began his career as a graphic designer and freelance writer. He has been a jazz drummer his entire adult life and has played clubs and concerts from New York City to Napa Valley.
