Volunteer - General

A HUGE thank you to HP for focusing their March 21st Impact Day on the needs of local students in the California Capital Region. Following a morning of employee development, the team of over 100 HP employees switched gears in the afternoon to sort and put together supplies for 300 back packs that will be distributed at California Capital Region Education Collaborative target school sites. The backpacks full of supplies event included a personalized note of inspiration for the students about what education means to the HP team.5,610 students at the nine target school sites alone are on the free and reduced lunch program. School site administrators at the schools list school supplies as among the biggest need of students.
