Join the Young Leaders Society as we help Next Move Sacramento re-organize and spruce up their community donation center. The community donation center provides an opportunity for clients to obtain items they need when transitioning to living in new housing after successful completion of one of Next Move’s many programs. Next Move provides vital shelter, housing and community services to improve the self-reliance and quality of life for families with children and adults experiencing homelessness.

Volunteer spots are limited so you must pre-register. Click here to register through the United Way Volunteer Center. For questions, email Casey Gray.

United Way’s Young Leaders Society:

The United Way Young Leaders Society (YLS) is a diverse group of young professionals focused on philanthropy and service in the Greater Sacramento Region. YLS members are committed to investing in health and educational opportunities for students by volunteering their time, mobilizing their social networks, and raising money for a specific community impact project. If you are a young professional between the ages of 21 and 40, we’d love to welcome you into the Young Leaders Society. A minimum annual donation of $100 to YLS qualifies you for membership in the Young Leaders Society.
