Mary Hogarty serves as Vice President and Community Development Officer for the California Central Valley and the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. She is responsible for managing the company’s Community Reinvestment Act program and for ensuring that low-income and underserved communities within her marketplace have access to Citi’s financial services and products.  Mary works with local organizations to create and support programs that focus on neighborhood revitalization, enterprise development, microfinance, financial capability and asset building as well as college success.

Mary currently serves on the boards of Asian Resources, Inc., and the Fresno Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). She is also on the Sacramento Assets and Opportunity Network steering committee, and on the United Way California Capital Region’s Income Impact Council. She is a former board member of the Greater Sacramento Urban League, Sacramento Habitat for Humanity, Sacramento Asian Chamber of Commerce, the Boys and Girls Clubs of both Sacramento and Oakland and the Sacramento Chinese Community Center.

Mary is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California.
