Jordan Blair will be sharing his perspective for the first workshop “Philanthropy for Career Development”.

Jordan Blair oversees all communications, public relations and marketing for Jesuit High School.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary, a Master of Arts with honors from California State University, Sacramento, a Master of Public Administration with honors from the University of Southern California, and is a doctoral candidate in the communication of policy and campaign management from the University of Southern California.

Jordan has developed a reputation as a skilled communicator having previously managed media relations, external relations, publications and website communications for a variety of large state agencies, nonprofits and educational institutions. He was named the Sacramento Young Professional of the Year for 2012.

Interested in giving back to the community, he currently serves as the Immediate Past-President of the Board of Directors for River City Food Bank, President of Fairytale Town, a Founding Member of the Metro Inspire Project, Immediate Past-President for the USC Alumni Association – Sacramento Chapter, and is a member of the Board of Governors for the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity – Gamma Iota Colony.

He is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Sacramento, a program of the Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce and received Special Congressional Recognition in 2013 in recognition of his service to the Sacramento Community.
