We’re celebrating our 90th Anniversary with your help. Since 1923 we have been dedicated to serving our region and this year we set a big goal of 90 volunteer projects. Join us on our journey to the big 9-0!

90 service projects for 90 years of service

Why 90 projects? United Way California Capital Region is celebrating 90 years of service in our community by bringing volunteers to accomplish 90 projects throughout 2013.

Volunteer projects range from helping directly with the United Way’s STAR Readers, $en$e-ability and Fit Kids projects to helping certified United Way partner organizations with painting and other facility improvement, distributing food and supplies at a food bank, helping with arts and crafts in a children’s program, providing support for program leaders, preparing supply baskets for people in need and much more!

You can also get involved in large scale United Way projects such as the STAR Readers Book Drive February 18 – March 8 , Run or Dye 5k Color Run on March 16 or the 5th Annual LIVE UNITED Toilet Paper Drive in June.
